Is the referral guaranteed to result in an interview?
No. We deliver 'verified referral submissions' — a real, current employee submits your profile through their company's internal referral system. Whether you get an interview depends on the hiring manager. We're transparent about this.
What's included in the 17-step program?
The program takes you through the full placement journey — profile and resume update, verified referral requests, mock aptitude and technical tests, structured interview preparation, unlimited mock interviews, and ongoing support from a dedicated placement manager until you're placed.
How does the full refund work?
If you complete the program and don't receive a job offer, we refund your entire ₹499 payment. It's a placement guarantee, not a time-boxed package.
If my referrer accepts but doesn't submit, what happens?
Our ops team monitors each request. If a referrer accepts but doesn't submit within the agreed window, we automatically re-match you with another eligible referrer at no additional cost.
Can I use all my referral requests at one company?
Yes. You can submit multiple requests to different employees at the same company for different roles, or spread them across many companies. Entirely your choice.
Are there any hidden charges or salary commissions?
None. refEngine charges a one-time package fee of ₹499. We don't take any percentage of your salary or future earnings, ever.
