How long does it take from request to referral submission?
Referrers have 72 hours to respond and 72 hours to submit after accepting. Most referrals are submitted within 3-4 days of the initial request.
What happens if the referrer doesn't respond?
If there's no response within 72 hours, you get an automatic re-match with a new verified referrer at no extra cost, or a full refund — your choice.
Will the referral definitely get me an interview?
A referral significantly increases your chances (our data shows 62% of referred candidates get an interview call). It doesn't guarantee an offer. Interview outcomes depend on the process at each company.
Can I request referrals to multiple companies?
Yes. Each referral is a separate request. You can have multiple active referral requests simultaneously across different companies.
How does payment work?
You pay upfront when sending the request. The amount is held in escrow and only released to the referrer after they confirm submission. If they don't submit, you get a full refund.
